A single copy of People Inc. Time can be used to manage staff attendance at many sites Time registration can be achieved using a range of devices including modern clock terminals (including biometric), PC clocking-in (including touch screen), and web-based registration tools.
Standard reports are provided and you can use these to feed directly into your payroll system and to identify absence trends. The access control features means that you can control employee access to buildings or specific areas of buildings.
The system can be used in conjunction with the HR functionality of People Inc. and the Employee Intranet module.
