Capture-IT
(previously known as Working Time Tracker) is a our
time and attendance system. A combination of software and terminals
or clocks, Capture-IT can be configured to match the need of any
organisation. Internet-based versions and a means to clock-in and
clock-out via mobile telephone are two
of the newest features available.
Over 500 organisations use this time and attendance system ranging
from small family-run businesses to large organisations and
government bodies. Capture-IT is designed to work in a wide
variety of environments including shop-floor data collection,
multi-site operations and also for remote working.
The implementation of Capture-IT is proven to have a positive effect
on time-keeping and absence. For example, in a company
employing 100 people an improvement of just 1% in attendance will

Capture-IT's access control features enables the management of site
security. Employees gain access only to those part of the premises
for which they have permission and their movements are logged.
Specific information on particular employees can be scheduled for a
real-time email reporting. The system enables definition of
complex shift patterns and even flexi-time and records can be
transferred easily to bureau or in-house payroll
