Support
Telephone based help-desk support can be provided with all our
software products. Subscribing to this service is optional; however we
strongly recommend that users have a support contract for their use of
our systems during the first year.
Our
support team is available to address your queries and issues between
9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). All
calls are logged and given a reference number; we are therefore able
to track the progress of queries quickly and easily. To help maintain
standards, the quality of issue resolution and the associated response
times are closely monitored.
Help
desk support subscriptions are renewable annually. Prices are
dependent on the product and licences purchased.
