Tailored Systems
We understand that each customer works in their own way and has
different requirements. Our products are user-configurable and
can be modified to suit your needs. For those who do not have the
time to master the necessary skills to tailor the system, we offer a
service to build customised screens and reports to provide a
tailor-made management tool.
Free Month's Support
When you purchase one of our systems, the first month's
support is included. This service provides users with easy access to
friendly jargon-free advice on system installation, maintenance and
functionality. Our help desk team can also offer advice on system
implementation and use. This support service can be extended on an
annual basis.
Training
Our systems offer extensive functionality and although the
easy-to-use interface enables users to use their system straight
away, some training is advisable. Tailored training courses
are run regularly at our offices in Milton Keynes or if you prefer,
we can run a course at your office. Alternatively, you can join
users from other companies on one of our delegate-based courses.

Data Migration, Security and
Management Reports
For customers who would like further advice and assistance in
implementing their system, our consultants can offer help and advice
on key issues like data migration and security, implementation
strategy and management reporting.
Web Integration Services
Where relevant, our systems can be integrated with an intranet
or web site, enabling vacancies or training events to be listed and
for applications or on-line bookings to be made on-line using
electronic forms.
