Training Administrator using Knowledge Lab

Knowledge Lab is designed for the management of training courses, whether in-house or for a third party. They cover the scheduling and administration of your courses, the production of delegate documentation and manage your training resources.

The system helps you manage details of employees and courses, as well as basic information on instructors, providers, venues and resources. Full training records are retained by the system. Knowledge Lab integrates with Microsoft Office to help you create all the documentation required by delegates: course invitations, course agendas, work-books and certificates.

Knowledge Lab will also help you to manage your training room and resources reservation, to manage requirements for training venues and suppliers, and it even keeps track of the financial side. Information can be viewed on-line or as paper-based reports using the report writer.

A web-publishing module enabling information to be published to an intranet or web site is available for Knowledge Lab. With this module you can decide for each course in the system whether it is published on the website. Details from delegates who register themselves online for a course, using an electronic booking form, are automatically updated.
