Charter
is an add-on organisation charting tool for use with Personnel Manager and Personnel Director. Users can
create a range of informative organisational charts directly
from their personnel databases without the need to use any
other application or re-enter their personnel data.
Information-rich organisational charts and
corporate directories can be built for on-line viewing and
enhanced reporting capabilities. The web publishing features
allow Personnel Director users to publish organisational
charts with key information on the intranet or website.
HR Charter comes with pre-defined chart styles, fully
customisable charts and inforamtion selection. In edit
mode background colour, textures, line spacing an charts
styles may be changed. The powerful printing
capabilities allows charts to be printed in book style for
larger organisations. Confidential data is kept
secure. A level feature enables employees of the same
grade to be show on the same level and employees may be
listed alphabetically. Completed charges are easily
exported and there is a web publishing wizard.
